December 28 About UsI discovered Shiva Rea and the beautiful style of Vinyasa Flow Yoga that she taught in the late 1990's. Then in 2003, she introduced the Shiva Shakti clothing line by Marika. This line was designed for the modern yogini with colors and designs that are very flattering to the female form, no matter what kind of body you have. Of course I was hooked because this clothing line was not only very beautiful and stylish but was high quality and looked good for a long time. Some of the pieces I have owned and worn weekly for over 2 years now. The only roadblock I ran into was availability. The practice of Yoga is still fairly new to our "red" area of the Sunshine State so a high-quality clothing line was not something that is readily available here. Finally, I had a little help from my friends when one of my girlfriends suggested: "Why don't you sell it yourself?" Why indeed?

If what you want is not available, not to worry ~This clothing line has new styles coming out 4 times a year with new and beautiful designs every time! Many of these styles are made from eco-friendly fabrications such as organic cotton and organic bamboo and the Spring line has the new Sea Cell fabrication! More about this soon!
